When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product. Brody Apparel may accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is considered accepted once we process your payment and send confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, as cancellations may not be possible once your order enters production.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the current price at checkout, displayed on your order confirmation.

Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or customs charges unless otherwise noted.

You agree to provide accurate and updated billing and payment information so we may process your transactions successfully.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method provided.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders may take additional time to produce because many items are made-to-order. Shipping estimates do not include production time.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within our Services—including logos, designs, product names, text, images, graphics, and layouts—is the property of Brody Apparel LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Brody Apparel’s trademarks, names, and branding may not be used without permission.

Brody Apparel is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly from Brody Apparel LLC, not from Shopify. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us and you release Shopify from any related claims.
